For the Person who has no desire this world has no meaning

35 - 

उदारस्य तृणं वित्तम् ,

शूरस्य मरणं तृणम् ।।

विरक्तस्य तृणं भार्या ,

निस्पृहस्य तृणं जगत् ।।

( विदुर नीति )

For a generous person, wealth is insignificant. For a brave person, death has no value. For a selfless person, his family is insignificant. For a person who has no desires, this world is of no interest.

उदारचित्त वाले व्यक्ति के लिए धन तृण के समान है । शूरवीर के लिए मृत्यु का कोई मतलब नहीं है । वैराग्य लेने वाले व्यक्ति  के लिए परिवार का कोई मतलब नहीं है । उदासीन व्यक्ति के लिए इस संसार का कोई मतलब नहीं है ।
